3rd September, 2002
We are pleased to offer an interview
with Imperator Gary L. Stewart conducted for the CR+C site
readers. It's our belief that visitors will find it not only interesting
and educational, but a very insightful perspective on Rosicrucianism
and esoteric subjects in general.
We are also glad to present the Frequently
Asked Questions which is a good place for those who have various
questions about Rosicrucianism, the CR+C, its objectives and the
membership benefits.
Intuition is vital to mystical insight,
yet comparatively little is written to clarify what it is or how
it works. Charles Griffon's article "Intuition
- An Essential Element of Mysticism" is a comprehensive
explanation based upon the author's personal experiences of this
fascinating phenomenon of human consciousness.
8th December, 2001
Here are two additional articles from the net community.
A Dialogue on Dreaming
Dreams and dreaming is an important and, yet, quite an obscure
topic of spiritual quest. The author approaches the subject
in a style of a classical dialogue sharing some insightful observations.
Love and Compassion on
the Mystical Path
On the importance of these two elements in a spiritual quest.
The members of the Confraternity of the Rose
Cross will find a new link to the For
Members page that contains the information about the CR+C
events.

We are glad to post two articles from the net community
and the three original translations of the Rosicrucian manifestos.
Egregor was written
by L.S. Bernstein. It's a good, in-depth
look at the origin and meaning of the word egregor.
On the Spiritual Virtues, written
by Fr. D.R.C., deals with virtuous life as referred to by many
esoteric traditions. The author treats the subject with his
own, unique perspective.
Many of the today's English translations of
the Fama, Confessio and Chymical Wedding found on the Internet
are attempts to improve or modernize their first, original translations.
For the scholastic reasons we choose to present the first, original
English translations of the manifestos. Go and see it yourself
at: Fama Fraternitatis, Confessio
and Chymical Wedding.
You will also notice an addition of the "Send
this Page To A Friend" on the many publications at the
Rosicrucian Archive.
16th May, 2001
The foundation document of Rosicrucianism, the Fama Fraternitatis,
gives much of its teaching in its description of the Tomb of
CRC. The Tomb is described in the Fama as a seven sided vault
with ten symbols on each of its walls. However they are neither
described nor explained. The author, Jack Courtis, shares his
insights utilizing Dr Wynn Westcott's explanation of the seven
walls in the tomb. Go there..

tried to keep the URLs of all the new pages as they were before,
so that you won't need to change your bookmarks. Our next step
is to quickly publish several new additions that are ready to
go online.

Here are the three new additions to the Rosicrucian
Studies on the Web section.
Influence of Rosicrucian philosophy on the
17th century American Puritan - Edward Taylor. This
is an excerpt from Kathleen Bernadette Freels' thesis entitled, Edward Taylor's Rosa Alchemica: Rosicrucian Metaphor and Puritan
Conversion in the "Preparatory Meditations." The author looks at the influence of Rosicrucian philosophy on
the 17th century Puritan Edward Taylor - a poet, philosopher and
pastor. What's interesting to the Rosicrucian student is that
Edward Taylor and other Puritans incorporated many of the Rosicrucian
symbols and ideals into their practices.
Simon Studion, 1543-1605
( ? ) . An essay on life and legacy of the 16th century
German mystic, writer and archaeologist Simon Studion. The author
