2023 UK Castrorum / Convention of the OMCE, BMO and CR+C

Come along and enjoy a residential weekend in the company of Brothers and Sisters of the Order Militia Crucifera Evangelica, the Confraternity of the Rose Cross and the British Martinist Order in the beautiful setting of Savio House.
Those who have been before will remember that the rooms at Savio House are comfortable, but basic, and the toilet and shower facilities are shared. All bed linen is provided but you will need to bring your own towels. Friday lunch is not included (bring your own packed lunch) but all other meals are included from Dinner on Friday evening at 6:00pm, to lunch on Sunday. Hot drinks are always available during the weekend in the kitchen within the building. We expect the event to finish at around 4:00pm on Sunday.
NOTE - As this is a combined event we are starting early on Friday. Registration starts from 1pm on Friday and the Programme starts at 2pm.

The closing date for the receipt of bookings is the 30th June 2023. Please contact the Marshal of the OMCE at marshal.uk@omcesite.org to see if there are any places still available.
NOTE - To secure a place, you must submit this booking form and at least have paid the deposit of £50 GBP by 30th June 2023.
Event fee: GBP £250-00 per person.

The full balance must be paid by 30th July 2023.
A receipt will be sent to you by return. Please do not assume that we have confirmed your booking unless you get a receipt from us.
If, once you have booked, you find that you can no longer attend you must notify us before 15th August 2023 otherwise, the full registration fee becomes payable (this is because we will have to make payment in full to Savio House by that date).
NOTE – As usual, no late bookings will be accepted unless accompanied by the full payment.
