Come along and enjoy a residential weekend in the company of Brothers and Sisters of the Order Militia Crucifera Evangelica and the Confraternity of the Rose Cross in the beautiful setting of Savio House.

Those who have been before will remember that the rooms at Savio House are comfortable, but basic, and the toilet and shower facilities are shared. All bed linen is provided but you will need to bring your own towel. Lunch and Dinner will be served on Friday, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on Saturday and on Sunday Breakfast and Lunch only. Hot drinks are available at all times during the weekend in the kitchen within the building. We expect the event to finish at around 4.00pm on Sunday.

PLEASE NOTE - THIS YEAR'S EVENT IS FOR OMCE AND CR+C MEMBERS ONLY. REGISTRATION STARTS ON FRIDAY AT 12:00 NOON, LUNCH WILL BE SERVED AT 1:00 PM. PROGRAMME STARTS AT 3:00 PM, DINNER AT 6:00 PM. INITIAL PAYMENTS CAN ONLY BE MADE BY BANK TRANSFER OR CHEQUES (SEE DETAILS BELOW). AT THE END OF MAY YOU WILL BE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO PAY BY STRIPE USING YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD.

Event fee: GBP £300 per person.
To register for this event, please pay a non-refundable deposit of £100.00. If the event is cancelled your payment will be refunded in full.

The full balance must be paid by 30th July 2026.

A receipt will be sent to you by return. Please do not assume that we have confirmed your booking unless you get a receipt from us.

If, once you have booked, you find that you can no longer attend you must notify us before 15th August 2026 otherwise, the full registration fee becomes payable (this is because we will have to make payment in full to Savio House by that date).

NOTE – As usual, no late bookings will be accepted unless accompanied by the full payment.
